Organizational development (OD)  interventions and trainings improve an organization's or workgroup’s management of internal processes, addressing key issues such as change, decision making, leadership style,  handling harmful conflict, building trust and teamwork, and improving communications.  It is an approach that involves organizational reflection, planning, taking action, and measuring results.  Specific OD services may include leadership coaching, organizational assessments and interventions, training and mediation services. Pricing is usually conveyed through a proposal process, once the nature and scope of an OD project has been discerned following discussion with the client.

Organizational Assessment is a process that involves either individual or group interviews to gain a better understanding of work dynamics and processes. Once an assessment is completed, recommendations can be made and interventions follow.  Pricing based upon time and professional involvement.
