Small business Chamber of Commerce members with 1-50 employees now have access to All Points' EAP benefit at significantly reduced savings! Employers pay about $20 per employee, annually, with no minimum fee. That's a savings of $850!  

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit that serves two functions. One is to provide employees and their immediate family members with confidential, professional help for life and work concerns at no cost to themselves. The second function is for businesses, as an EAP provides knowledge and support for managing job performance issues in the workplace. One fee covers it all.

Benefits Include:

  • Assessment & Problem Resolution Planning for employees and immediate family members
  • Supervisor / Employer referrals for workplace performance issues
  • Crisis Intervention and Critical Incident Debriefing
  • Short term Counseling
  • Consultations regarding workplace behavioral problems
  • Supervisor / Management Training and Employee Awareness Sessions held regionally
