Employees and Family Members

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a program of professional support, care, and assistance, sponsored by and paid in full by your employer, confidential in all manner, and designed to help you and your family meet the challenges of modern life.

What can the EAP help with?

    • Emotional issues (anxiety, depression, grief)
    • Drug and alcohol problems
    • Work-life balance struggles
    • Family and marital difficulties
    • Financial and legal strain
    • Job stress and career concerns

The EAP is free to you and your family, confidential, and easy to access. Most of our clients residing in Central Virginia are seen for in-person services at one of our 5 office locations (Lynchburg, Bedford, Amherst, and Appomattox); however, telephone assistance is also available upon request.

For our clients residing outside of our geographic home base, credentialed All Points affliate providers are available for in-person services to you and your family in the worksite locations where your employer has contracted for such services.  Unlimited telephonic consultations are available for all clients, regardless of location.

To make an appointment, please call our office directly: (434) 845-1246 or (800) 645-1246. You may also reach us by email from our Contact page. Additional information and resources are listed below.

For clients with phone or in-person appointments with our main Central Virginia offices, you may print and complete our New Client Forms and bring them to your first appointment.  Forms will also be available at the office.
