A full service Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides solutions for both organizations and employees at different levels.  All Points EAP & Organizational Services offers the following divisions of service:

EAP WORKS

Provides core EAP services to employers and managers dealing with employee concerns.  The EAP partners with both the employer and the employee to come together to restore lost productivity, communication, and safety.  EAP consultations with managers can help to address concerns with employees,  assess and implement plans to improve employee performance and to provide guidance with the EAP referral process. 

Employees and their families have access to the EAP for personal or career concerns on a wide range of issues including: relationship and family problems, depression and emotional distress, job stress, substance abuse, medical concerns, as well as legal and financial strain.  Free and confidential appointments via phone or face to face with individuals and families provide an assessment of issues, troubleshooting and brief support, and referrals to community resources when appropriate.

EAP Works services include the following:

  • Supervisor training and consultation regarding employees with performance problems
  • On-site visits to the workplace 
  • Responsive Support with an average of 3-5 days wait for standard referrals
  • Same day emergency appointments - with professionals on emergency call 24 hours a day
  • Crisis Intervention, including criticial incident debriefing 
  • EAP core training provided as part of the EAP contract fee

Three-quarters of people with a drug or alcohol problem are employed, according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).  

Our Fit to Work program can help provide reasonable assurance  that your employees are fit for work.  We can assist with assessing those behaviors that may impair an employee's ability to safely satisfy his or her job responsibilities.  Services may be included under the EAP programing or purchased separately and include:

  • Substance abuse assessments for Department of Transportation, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the Department of Energy
  • Evaluation and consulting for impaired Health Professionals
  • Drug Testing Administration
  • Substance abuse education and other Healthy Lifestyle Choices Workshops
